Jared Lee, LADC, MFT (He/Him/His) is a pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over 4 years of experience working with teenagers, families, and men who experience substance use issues, anxiety and depression, work or performance issues, trauma, or relationship conflict. Jared received his double Master’s Degree from Adler Graduate School in Eden Prairie, MN.
Through the last 4 years he has gained experience as a therapist in hospital settings which included intensive outpatient, residential, and acute care practicing DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems approach. He has also gained experience as in-home psychotherapist, collaboration in multidisciplinary teams, facilitated group counseling, family counseling, and teen-parent counseling. Jared has specific training in Brainspotting at Level 2, DBT certificate
Jared works with men, teenage boys, and families. He practices from a family systems perspective, drawing core ideas to maximize effectiveness from Internal Family Systems, Bowen Family Systems, Trauma-Informed Care, Brainspotting, and Strengths-based approaches.
